The first weeks after birth can feel overwhelming. You’re looking for rest, energy and confidence, but without a plan it’s easy to lose track. In this 2-hour workshop we go beyond theory: you will work hands-on and create your own personalised postpartum plan. We dive into all essential elements of sustainable recovery: nutrition and supplements, self-care and mental wellbeing, movement and planning.

 

After this workshop you will walk away with:

  • A basic understanding of nutrition that supports your recovery.
  • A 2-weeks nutrition plan designed for postpartum healing.
  • A 2-weeks self-care plan to support your mental wellbeing.
  • Guidance on safe and responsible movement.
  • Breathing exercises to restore the connection between your diaphragm, core and pelvic floor.
  • A personalised postpartum plan that brings everything together.
  • Clarity on how to build your support network.
  • Practical tools: 3 postpartum recipes, a daily routine for rest and rhythm, and an essentials list.
